Pregnancy yoga and one to one yoga therapy sessions are now resuming with suitable precautions. Get in touch to see what is available.

- You need to supply a contact number for you and a number in case of emergency.
- You should arrive ready to practise in clean clothes - there are no changing facilities.
- You should bring any yoga kit you need to use (e.g. mat, belt, foam pads or several blankets for shoulder stand, and if possible a yoga brick).
- You should observe all precautions that the centre needs everyone to follow, e.g. sanitising surfaces if you use the bathroom.
- Be aware that doors and windows may be open throughout the class and bring warm top layers of clothing for colder weather.
- After class you are advised to wash the clothes that you wore to cut the risk of spread of the virus.
- Don't come if you feel at all unwell.
